I don’t reckon that there are many million pound players in any of the sides promoted from the third tier, conversely there will always be some very valuable talent in sides relegated from the promised land. top4718 Posted August 5, 2023 Share Posted August 5, 2023 Expected this to be a very tough game and it was, Southampton were well on top in the first half, the second was more evenly matched, three well take goals in the game and the Owls can take some positives from the night, results will be very mixed this month until the new players start to settle in. I noticed that there have also been a few local signings this year that the respective clubs have stated “Signed from X” Bit the player(s) in question have never played for “X” Got to love overly generous marketing!!
