It's not just the congestion charge (yes I know not everyone pays it,) but the bonkers road layouts like closing the bottom of Norfolk street from Arundel gate one way which means you have to go right round the ring road to come in the other way, (not exactly saving emissions is it?) which is only one of many. And as a disabled driver the bus isn't an option. To be honest the city centre is now such a mess I doubt I'll be going down again unless I absolutely have to..
