Its tiny, and they likely wont see it as worth bothering with given the demand out there at the moment. Maybe try a generic handyman instead. Any workman that just turns up would be brilliant, and If he actually turns up when he said he would, he's already head and shoulders above the competition. I'm just waiting for the house owner to come back to me. Apparently they've been chasing someone since January, just to come and quote, let alone do the job!
