... can't believe someone looking for different meanings in songs.

Why not?  Though it's not about different meanings, necessarily; it's about meanings or interpretations that were there all along but you weren't properly aware of when you first knew the song, likely because you were a bit too young to fully understand the lyrics.

'Clair' by Gilbert O'sullivan.

Even creepier than 'Save All Your Kisses For Me'.

Those lyrics are...  Well they're certainly lyrics  .

I drove all night to get to you
Is that alright?
I drove all night crept in your room
Woke you from your sleep to make love to you
Is that alright?
I drove all night

I was playing this Roy Orbison song  the other day on YouTube.  Never listened  to all of the words tho.  It is a bit on the dark side.

If you listen to the Beatles’ track, ‘Run For Your Life’, without paying much attention to the message the lyrics are giving, you could think it was just a jolly little ditty. What’s dark is that in the mid 1960s when the track was released, the attitude portrayed in the lyrics was likely considered acceptable.

Run for your life   -   Beatles

Song by The Beatles

Well, I'd rather see you dead, little girl
Than to be with another man
You better keep your head, little girl
Or I won't know where I am
You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand, little girl
Catch you with another man
That's the end, little girl
Well, you know that I'm a wicked guy
And I was born with a jealous mind
And I can't spend my whole life
Trying just to make you toe the line
You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand, little girl
Catch you with another man
That's the end, little girl
Let this be a sermon
I mean everything I've said
Baby, I'm determined
And I'd rather see you dead
You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand, little girl
Catch you with another man
That's the end, little girl
I'd rather see you dead, little girl
Than to be with another man
You better keep your head, little girl
Or you won't know where I am
You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand, little girl
Catch you with another man
That's the end, little girl
Na, na, na
Na, na, na
Na, na, na
Na, na, na
