cocopops99
Some advice required for a friend that isn't that experienced as yet with the bee keeping. There are a lot of bees in one hive - does he extend it upwards or split it off? Any advice/practical help from a fellow bee keeper appreciated, the bees are in his garden. sufcl2
If your hive and frames within the hives are approx. 80% full add another super on top. If you look down between the frames and cant see the bottom its full.

Have you any more ideas? Its not been properly opened up for some months i think?
