Selling Ndiaye & Berge is not the best idea the Prince has ever had.

We can only hope there are replacements lined up.

But will they be as good as those two?

I very much doubt it.

Hmmm...

According to this, the Prince didn't want to sell Ndiaye.

It's a bit of a long slog, but there's some interesting points... :|

If the revelations about Berge that are doing the rounds are true it reflects very badly on the United ownership.

From the eyes of a Wednesday fan, enclosed in tinted glasses.

The reality is thay United are quite powerless when the player is in the final year of his contract. He would otherwise be free to talk to clubs and arrange a free of charge departure in just 4-5 months if he wishes...its as clear cut as that.

Sooo if the player doesnt want to renew his contract, you have minimal options at your disposal.

United are public in their stance......

A. He signs for someone else....we cash in and bag 8 figures for the player. This is where we are at if he doesnt want to extend his contract....

B. The publicised threat thay if he doesnt leave and wont wign a contract.... he doesnt star for us ajd we will just bench him and leave him out of all equations.....let him depreciate.

Spund business sense.... but lets nit let fact get in the way as usual.

Letting a player who you claimed not so long ago that the cream of European football were bidding £50m for go to a possible relegation rival or rot in the reserves is only sound in your head, no one else's.
