Baron99
Saw a BBC Breakfast news report earlier this week with a guy who who runs a garden centre down south. Part of his indoor section was stuffed full of Xmas paraphernalia. As the owner said, he's helping people spread the cost of Xmas by letting them buy early. It also makes perfect business sense for a smaller, independent retailer, as people are buying from him now. The mug retailers will be the ones still stuck with a shop full of Xmas merchandise on Dec 25th when that guy is sat with his feet up, counting his profits he made selling a fluffy Rudolf & singing Father Christmas, back in August.
