I'm sure there are many non-Christian religious people who WOULD be "offended" if they were asked what their Christian name was... :|

 

All the education recording software records “ first name”and “family name”.

Some snowflake will probably find "family name" offensive to those who are alone with no family, may be adopted (as in it causes them stress as their "family" name is not their real family name) or living under a false name for protection reasons
