That is what the Government have done with the Towns fund deals. Although £25+ million is much less than the reduced spending over the years. £25+ million being spent by a Towndeal committee is asking for trouble. And also pay for all roads roughly 15 minutes walk from me to be blocked off, with a security guard on them to stop people leaving.
