Anna B
Well Done John! And he did it the hard way. He must have walked miles and miles and spent all his time doing it. An award of some sort pending, surely?

Baron99
As someone on Look North said tonight, about time he was awarded a Knighthood for his efforts. No mean feat, trudging round the streets in all weathers, taking part in races & raising over £1 million. He deserves all the plaudits he receives. Deserves a medal as big as a bin lid and a statue outside Town Hall .
Tipstaff
He has been honoured by being awarded the BEM (twice I think) and he deserves more than a medal. I'm sure it would be nice to send him on a well-earned holiday. Perhaps our City Council and its business partners could arrange some sponsorship for such a worthy citizen?
