Why thank you.

Appreciate the sentiments.

👍

Good.  Then perhaps now you have got all the strange ranting and rambling about the Guardian out of your system, you could make an intelligent and on topic response to this thread to get it back on track.

I saw pictures of her house when she was getting arrested on the news

It was very nice

I thought all nurses were living in squalor and using food banks

Not all of us nurses can afford nice expensive houses, I live in a council flat.

Ok

I think you're a hero

Go to Wetherspoons and I'll send drinks and food to your table ❤️

Pity the nurses can't send you to Wetherspoons when you get health problems.

Or,  it would be very fitting if you got a Nurse Letby who didn't like men.

Pity the nurses can't give you some sense of humour medication.

I think cover ups in hospitals, indeed in many institutions, are quite common.

Impossible targets across the board can often only be met this way, and one thing leads to another.

It's ironic that targets can often not be met due to lack of funding, yet if targets are not met, funding decreases still further, or is withdrawn, as a 'punishment.'

Is it any wonder results are falsified?

Our hard working nurses have more than enough to do already due to the incompetents at Westminster and the truth dodging managements running  the hospitals.

Let me know when there is something to laugh at in any thread regarding our NHS.

That's a very good point and I quite agree.

I believe the NHS needs a full top to bottom reorganisation before it can run properly again,

especially with regard to both pay,  and power distribution between  health / clinical,   and managerial staff.
