One For Mr Bassett ?

It looked abit of a wishy washy response from Moore. He only says it wasn't down to money he left, didnt deny wanting a 3 year deal on more wages.

Anyway either way it's hard to know who to believe or both sides not being fully honest. Time to move on either way as I don't think we'll ever really know the full truth. I still believe Moore deserved a shot at it this season but not to be, time to try to get behind the new guy and hope it's just a very slow start.

I think this further goes to show Darren Moore in good light. He did say on leaving that he didn't want any unrest in the fans going forward and that he wanted them to stick together and whilst he probably could say a great deal more by the sounds of things, he is choosing to be professional about the whole thing as well..... That in it's own right says a great deal about his character.

3rd lowest paid manager in the championship when he signed, further pay drop for falling to league one, one year rolling contract, so no security.

The players contracts will have goner back to championship rates after promotion and hes asked the chairman to pay him what he thinks hes worth, but no negotiation, chuck in unrealistic expectation and you can understand why DM asked for security of contract.

But no negotiation? Really.

Im off to Cardiff saturday morning to be honest Im not bothered about going the way things are on the pitch, and all because DC has dug his heels in!

dont agree with letting moore spend more cash and him staying, but darren moore said nothing bad about mr chansiri and said he was a nice guy ,but lets move on and hope hes got a winning manager, but it will take a while and new players arriving soon.

Just for balance bud, Mckenna at Ipswich signed a four year deal this week, so 4X his wages and he only finished 2pts above us, Plymouth gave their manager a 2 year extension.

When we sack the current manager and his staff, whch looks inevitable given the target DM was set and then set a new manager on, the majority of these players  may not suit the new manager, so wel have spaffed an absolute fortune to go back to where we started, league one, and the current crop of players dont look like the sort youd want in the division below, because theyve got the heart and ability of a mouse.

Let that sink in pal
