Yes those are called facts

that's an arse about way of thinking, most peoples viewpoints are based on what they think are facts - if <1% of those crossing by boats were playing the system, nobody would be bothered

exactly. What they think are facts. Doesn’t necessarily make them facts.

Yes but this is the point. You don’t know they are playing the system.

You are just looking at the number arriving and saying that they can’t all be asylum seekers.

nope, I'm looking at the facts available to the general public, and forming an opinion based on them.

tiktok videos

Oh come on! You’re seriously trying to argue that everyone entering via small boat is deceptive because a minority use TikTok or duped by TikTok adverts?

Do you think the home office could get away with refusing asylum claims because of TikTok?

do they image the phone data, and check it's contents and movements, or just accept any old lie on a form.

How would phone data and movement data help the home office prove that someone whom is claiming to be homosexual is either a. Not homosexual and or b. Not at risk of being homosexual in their original country?

Bear in mind that it’s not a factor whether someone has gone through other countries to claim asylum.

Who’s likely to be played?

the person that works with these people and given you a real life example of an asylum claim as above.

or the person that watches TikTok videos and now thinks they know about the Asylum system
