I'd say most increases in sexual crimes in Western Europe are partly/mostly driven by huge numbers of lone males entering countries with no backgroundchecks etc. Men with money and power are rare in the grand scheme of things so whilst I agree men (and women) can abuse their power/position I think they are too few in number to make any statistical difference.
