rogets
Been quoted at £100,000 to upgrade houses to meet standards, £100,000 is what most people spend on a car, how can people afford that?
Anna B
Oh goody, more rules and regulations. Who is going to police it? Unscrupulous Landlords will find ways round it. Honest ones will bankrupt themselves trying to comply and probably sell up. So the Law of unintended consequences applies, The bad Landlords will survive. How about bringing back the net-zero requirement for new housing? Apparentlry some local authorities are bringing this net-zero target forward.
