We signed up to the treaty over 75 years ago when there were only 2.5 billion people on the planet

 

It needs to be torn up because no one would sign it now

It's the same.for children but yes there are alternatives to be issued besides asylum.  

 

And if anyone issued other categories they lose any support

Strong leadership,  the situation there  in Lampedusa is impractical and I sympathise with the islanders they are in the middle of a nightmare.

 

What can the EU do about it?   Nothing it seems - not their problem it would appear.

He doesn't want to mention all the Polish that came to the UK seeking economic prosperity -as there wasn't a good standard of life in Poland. 

 

In addition,  what triggered Brexit 😆 

 

Ironically,  what a lot of migrants are doing today- seeking a better livelihood across Europe.

The EU is OK when it suites the agenda , Italy is finding this out now , it was the same with our fishing fleet , The EU  ruined our trawler men at the stroke of a pen .
