No.

HeHasRisen
I have a vague memory of some walloper filming a video where he went onto a hospital ward to serve papers to an NHS Trust (via a nurse 😂) to accuse them of making the pandemic up 😂😂😂 Edited September 19, 2023 by HeHasRisen

All wackos. Piers Corbyn was one.

Hospitals are private property. You have an implied right of access for the normal stuff - being an outpatient, visiting relatives during relevant hours etc, but that doesn't extend to the general right to just wander around if you have no business being there. In that case, hospital staff are within their rights to require you to leave, and if you refuse, you are trespassing and hospital staff can use reasonable force to remove you. By default, people are allowed to walk up your garden path to knock on your door or post a letter through your letter box etc. But they have no right to use your front garden as a meeting place with their friends.. If a bunch of people decided to throw a party in your front garden they would be trespassing, and depending on the circumstances, committing the offence of aggravated trespass.
