    You are under the false impression that you have access to the five Sheffield Teaching Hospitals for which this accommodation is being refurbished- you most certainly do not have permission. Sounds exactly like someone who claimed the same non-existent law for the Arts Tower.

I assume Irene classes herself as a Sovereign Citizen and believes  in the Freeman on the land

Hospitals are open to the public. I don't need "permission" to enter a hospital.

Assuming this story is true (which it probably isn't), do you not see how wandering around the top floors of a hospital at 10pm on a Sunday could be seen as a little odd?
