Laurence Fox Suspended By Gb News

"Do you think serving MP's should be on news channels like GBNews?"

I've just seen a video with this question being asked. OK it was only Richard 'Sticky Fingers' Madely and that obnoxious Susanna Whatever asking but it would appear the inevitable attempt to shut GBNews down has begun in earnest.

They are probably jealous because GB News has taken some of there viewers. We are now seeing Government Ministers and opposition Shadow Cabinet Ministers giving interviews on GB News.

When Piers Morgan was on GMB challenging a Minister he never gave them a chance to answer his questions. It was a one way interview. Whether you agree with what the Politicians are saying at least they are allowed to talk on GB News.

... it's cos certain people are just doing dodgy things

What do you count as dodgy?  Does expressing protected beliefs count?  Suggesting that biological sex is a actually a thing? Daring to support JK Rowling when she stood up for women's single-sex spaces?  How about expressing the view, supported by health organisations including the NHS following publication of the interim Cass report, that puberty blockers should not be routinely prescribed for gender-questioning children?  All have lead to cancellation of women's work contracts, book publication and publisher support, removal of artists' work from exhibitions and refusal to promote new work, amongst many other examples.  Many have lead to successful legal action, given the protection of gender-critical beliefs under the provisions of the Equality Act.

'Cancellation' isn't something that only happens to 'dodgy' professional grifters deliberately cultivating outrage for £££££.

As promised here is the Newsnight analysis of GB News situation. Starts about 19:20 in:

BBC iPlayer - Newsnight - 27/09/2023

A company now renowned for harbouring pedos and pervs is questioning a misjudged comment (also used by the alleged 'victim' on Twitter numerous times) by someone on a rival news channel...

Hilarious!

Dan Wootton now has his contract terminated by the Daily Mail.

Oh dear, how sad, never mind (again)

Its glorious.  First a channel famed for its gammony opinions and whiny ranting about wokeness and cancel culture spectacularly suspending one of their primary faces.

Now even more absolute shame of it.  To be a deemed a cretin of such magnitude that even the Daily Mail are sacking you.

Hopefully the other moron Fox will get knocked down a few pegs too.  To think of such a prominent actor with a legacy and well respected family like that dumbing himself down to the level of spouting  internet conspiracies and extremist nonsense on a low rent tabloid "news" network.

Never thought I’d say this but hear! hear!
