I only know that special buses carrying disabled kids ( learning difficulties etc. ) had an escort aboard to help them in the old days but don't know whether those practises carried on to recent times. True, and others have no self control. The trouble with many of the current younger generation is that they want most things that their peers/contemporaries/idols have and they want it now. In many cases parents have indulged their requests. Deferred gratification does not exist in their world and the 'red mist' descends far too easily when circumstances don't match their expectations.
