Rtc Gleadless Townend?

Anyone aware of an RTC at Gleadless Townend in the last week or so?

 

Been told a car turned over and a bus stop got wiped out. Haven't been through there for a few days so haven't seen any signs of accident damage. Not sure how you turn a car over on a 30mph road unless other factors are involved?

Leighton Road, Gleadless, evening of Monday 11 September. Car on it's side. Paramedics attended and driver taken to hospital.

 

No other vehicle involved as far as I know, so perhaps the driver just hit the bus stop.

There was an incident at Intake near the primary school on the main road on Friday afternoon 3pm as the traffic was mental, I turned round and went a different way. 

No idea what had happened though but Google Maps was red everywhere around it.

Quite easy to overturn a car even at lower speeds than 30mph.  Even more so now people are driving taller vehicles due to the higher centre of gravity.  As you point out there needs to be other factors. 

In this case you mention the bus stop which potentially could have acted like  a ramp.
