Most people will accept agreements but some will feel victims of an injustice. A cause will be developed by some which will encourage others to take up arms. Death and destruction follow. I hear Bibi was massively unpopular before the war with Israelis to the point protests where supposedly scheduled. Then Israel was 'caught off guard'..
