He is deliberately making new enemies and losing support from people who did previously support Israel. It's easy to agree that Israel has the right to defend itself but that should not cost the lives of the people of Palestine who are the oppressed and not the oppressors. Israel was attacked by Hamas and not the people they have been killing ever since. If Israel drives those people into the arms of those who hate Israel, the result will not be a good one. Israel should get rid of Netanyahu, vacate Palestinian land and cease oppression of peaceful people in Palestine. They can pursue Hamas to their hearts content without butchering the innocents and remember that Palestine also bears the same right to defend itself. Rules do not only work one way.
