Israel is decimating Gaza and killing 1000s of Civilians. That's not right and must be called out. I think that the Oct 7th attacks were appalling and require a robust response. However, I don’t think that response should include the killing of thousands of Palestinian kids, or the targeting of refugee camps, or hospitals. You'd have to be pretty cold and callous to think otherwise I'll leave the moral outrage and virtue signalling to others on this forum War is terrible and I think it's absolutely tragic that in 2023 we're still having the same fights and battles we have had for thousands of years. But I'm not a hypocrite. I believe Israel have the right to defend itself and crush HAMAS. Unfortunately innocent people will die. I try not to take sides on issues like this as I see both points of view but bombing civilians the way Israel are is making them look as bad as hamas. I don't think that Israel are bombing civilians I believe they have their targets who are hiding amongst civilians and they are then assessing the impact of taking that target out and the collateral damage it will cause I would also presume that they will bomb areas that have Israeli hostages if it meant getting high value targets HAMAS have to know that taking hostages will not save them from justice or as you like to put it.....revenge Edited November 3, 2023 by Jack Grey Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
