Or charge prisoners by the day to stay there, I bet that would make criminals think twice knowing they were charged to stay in prison!! 2 quid a day, 3 quid including breakfast. Lots of innocent people are waiting transplants which is costing thousands in medication and routine blood transfusions. Save the innocent and make criminals actually pay for their crimes.
