Padders Posted December 28, 2023 Share Posted December 28, 2023 When I was a lad we had bad weather during the winter months.. Snow, Ice, Heavy rain, Winds, Floods the full monty.. People got on with their lives, we expected it and dealt with it... Why is the weather dramatized today with weather warnings? It seems that now we have a weekly named storm, currently "Storm Gerrit" I've lost count of the number of named storms that have hit our shores this year, and it's only December... Not today though, a BMW driver would get stuck, not only that, it would make World Wide news. This would make people in places like China and the good old USA scared to go out...
