The only folks who complain are the armchair telly travelers, and pearl clutchers in the "enlightened" West, who think our cops have to much power, and are too rough on scofflaws and thugs! (the poor things ) And when the cops aren't around the local "community" sees to things! No riots, looting here, amigo. That's your lot! I'd say you have work to do, before you flog your new rules based liberal world orders, or whatever you call it these days!
