He can sell the club, but not the ground if he wants to. But somebody would have to want to buy one without the other. So, yes. People do have answers. The possible problem being is that will mean the person buying just the club doesn't have enough money to buy the club and the ground and he'll need to pay rent to Chansiri which could and probably would make matters worse. I'd much prefer to see an owner buying everything. But we're OK again for the moment and at least we're only talking in the one or two millions.
