Probate Service Appalling Service Petition

Anyone who has had anything to do with the Governments' probate registers service will know the service is an absolute joke, it's disgustingly bad.

 

Someone has a petition going about it :

Petition or not,our experience was far from good.

Requested documents were sent,hand delivered and still apparently went missing.

I’ve already had to deal with them.

 

I found them to be very efficient and easy to deal with.

 

But, then again, I’d done my bit properly in advance.

As I said the process was lengthy and the request for further documents to replace those lost was frustrating.

I hand delivered everything to them. Nothing went astray for me.
