It's a students' conference so needs to be seated for between 1600 upwards - ideally 2000 + Do you have any ideas, please? These could be cinemas, theatres, universities, schools - anywhere which has a sufficiently large capacity. Please get back to me? Thanks! The Octagon Centre at Sheffield University only seats 1,000 according to Google, and both theatres are around the same. The largest cinema screen in Sheffield only seats 528, and I doubt they will let you book multiple screens out for a conference when they could be showing films. And i doubt HIllsborough or Bramall Lane stadiums have a room big enough. Your only option here is likely the Arena, or maybe Magna just beyond the city limits.
