I didn't know there was something like it in place on a permanent basis. It may be a local thing, I don't know. I've seen many threads about disabled people getting the bus. I also know disabled people that couldn't get to the bus stop!

 

 

It's good to hear that your friend has an option of getting out and about...even if it is a 'limited' option. I think my mate got £75 for one 7 day period off motability. I could be wrong on the numbers, but whatever it was, it helped him out for a week.
