All I’ve heard (not direct sources) is that reaching the required funding has been a problem in the current climate, but they have been continuing to try. As I said, I don't have a direct source for what I’ve been told, so don’t take it as gospel. Large projects like this often have funding difficulties, especially community type projects and especially in a world where the financial outlook is so uncertain. I believe they’ve been confident throughout, so we’ll just have to wait and see!
