Madness To Give Bail To People Found Illegally Entering Our Country.

Unbelievable people found in the back of a lorry after illegally entering the UK have been bailed.  How is this a deterrent?  We need a government who are going to take a zero tolerance against anyone illegally entering the UK or UK waters.

Essex Police said it was called to a layby on the A120 near Coggeshall at about 09:50 GMT on Friday.

A lorry driver, 55, was arrested on suspicion of facilitating unlawful entry into the UK and remained in custody on Sunday.

Six people were found in the lorry trailer he was allegedly driving.

The group found inside were later all arrested on suspicion of illegal entry and were referred to immigration officers for processing, a Home Office spokeswoman told the BBC.

Not really that unbelievable. Immigration Bail is used for everyone that has no right to be in the county and subject to immigration control.

 

It’s no different to Police Bail. We don’t have enough jail space to house everyone and we don’t have enough detention centres for immigrants.

Our jails are full, in fact many public services are stretched to breaking point.

There is a 72% chance that someone that was locked up and then released, will be jailed again within 5 years. That rate compares to France, where the rate is 58%

The law hasn't changed but no one is enforcing it

 

We now have the liberal left running our institutions and refusing to do their jobs

It's a disgrace....it's time to privatise our immigration department so they hit targets

100% correct the few that got poorly from the barge water could not speak English but they all got claims in for compensation this country is on its knees now
