A parent friend that lives in London had something similar. Because there was a nearby incident, her childs school went into lockdown.

 

This must cause fear in young children, unneccessary in most cases.

The original rumor was edited out before the 1st reply.

The only reason itsbeen edited is because it hasn't been confirmed.
