Then, I presume that you, and Hackey will be happy to accept that all of the people arriving on small boats are innocent too.

They are guilty of arriving into British waters by illegal means.

No they aren’t.

Unless you can point me towards the court judgements.

You seem very confused by this simple legal principle.

There is no court judgements because the 1951 Refugee Convention agreement allows them to apply for asylum  despite them illegally entering British waters.  There is no legal dispute that they have broken British law.

The illegal economic migrants have no relevance to Prince Andrew.

There we have it, writ large.

What a load of hypocritical hogwash from our resident far right extremist.

I live  on planet earth in a country that has a legal principle of innocent until proven guilty.

And then ensure that nobody gets a chance to prove you guilty.

The peoples principles would probably agree if he hadn't worked so hard to avoid having a writ served and refused to go back to America to be questioned in person.

He then let his mother pay out a large lump sum to buy the Lady's silence. The lady who he was photographed holding hands with,   who HE NEVER MET.

Not the usual way for an innocent man to behave.
