Preferred the 12 valve myself less problematic (but still good fun )

Had a few 2ltr Carltons as well Auto better than the manual but great fun for little money.

Paid £600 for my last Senator try finding one for less than £3,000 now. - try finding one .

My Carlton got took by a ….  who obviously couldn’t drive a real car . Was found wrapped round a lamppost less than a mile away. Right off  . Got £400 back on insurance . That wouldn’t pay for a decent set of tyres for it .

I get them second hand from a bloke in Hillsborough 😁
