Irene Swaine Posted December 30, 2023 Share Posted December 30, 2023 Has anyone else seen the rubbish dumped outside Viper Rooms Night club on Carver Lane? It's round the back entrance. It's piled several feet high, bags of rubbish that they have just dumped there. There are gnaw marks where rats have gotten in. It's a health hazard and stinks to high Heavens. I thought the council monitors this area for hygiene reasons. You can't tell me no representatives have noticed it.
