I've seen one as bad in1968 I was at the Fulham v Macclesfield game, Macclesfield were in the Cheshire League and Fulham were in the top flight Bobby Robson was their Manager, Allan Clarke who also played for Leeds and England dived in the area for a penalty there wasn't a player within a yard of him but the Ref gave it.
