abbeyedges
The vast majority of people who post on here are adults and so the opinions being shared are adult issues. A huge difference after COVID is the increase in absenteeism from schools. Many kids during lockdown really suffered and I don'tbelieve as adults we realised how negative these lockdowns were on the younger generation. Please press 1...8 to connect you to the wrong department yet again...' Paying staff to answer phones is expensive compared to online and unfortunately there are a lot of people that are time wasters on the phone so it’s inefficient. It’s not good if you have a complex query or for those that find online difficult but the genie is out the bottle now and it won’t change.

Its got to be a text message these days, even from the doctors surgery. I get a phone call when the NHS want me to give blood, a text and i would think about it and forget. hauxwell
Pubs and cafes in town centres have lost trade because a lot of office staff are still continuing to work from home, they no longer pop out for lunch.

Anna B
People seem terribly weary since covid. There doesn't seem to be much enthusiasm for anything, and certainly not much optimism about. When are we going to get our mojo back?
