Although installed on many different brands it is actually patented to one person and he gives the others permission to use it. I think he gets about 1p per can as well which is a huge amount of money for all the amount of cans that are sold in the world. I remember reading that they have a basic marketing plan that is in any inhabited place on the planet a person should be able to turn through 360 degrees and see the Coca-Cola logo.
