Picture Framing Business Partner

I am moving to Sheffield in a few months.

I have 30 years experience in picture framing business with all equipment required.

I am considering opening a framing business in Sheffield but would prefer to do with a partner with local knowledge/contacts.

I have a good knowledge of Sheffield districts I wish you well in your project do you require investment?    
I am looking for a part time business to work in two or three days a week
