Lack Of Public Houses On The Moor

No pubs on Fargate or Pinsyone Street either. How do shoppers who want a drink cope 😎

There is Brown's on Pinstone Street, just by The Peace Gardens and in any case, most of the shops are on The Moor these days.

I know Longcol was being a bit cheeky with their comment but its not like you have miles to walk off Fargate/Pinstone St/Moor to find a drink.  Orchard Sq is full of bars now, Cambridge St Collective is the obvious link between top of Fargate and the Moor (if you really can't make it without a quick snifter :)  ) when that opens. Industry Tap is just behind Decathlon too

I think if you’re on the Moor and fancy a pint , out of that list , only Division St stands .

I do agree with you to an extent. I have always said, if I entered the pub game, I'd have a side room/conservatory for kids & dogs and the main area for grown ups.

Not a bad compromise I suppose. Children shouldn't be anywhere where adults are drinking though, bar a civilised meal.
