In 1973, members of the American Psychiatric Association voted to remove homosexuality from the DSM. Not until 1987 did homosexuality completely fall out of the DSM. Or trying to highlight the absurdity of the situation? Is Gender dysphoria classed as a mental illness? No doubt It seems perfectly natural to those with 'the condition.'
