I don't get that mate , we are a country that loves our neighbours , as long as they are law abiding .

You know over the last 4 years at least, the term 'culture war' has come into common parlance. And over the last 4 years at least Rishi Sunak has had a top place in Government. He won't call out Islamophobia in his own party and transphobia has been weaponised.

The tweet above from Adam Bienkov is factual. Lee Anderson did say that asylum seekers should "**** off back to France", and Suella Braverman did call those who came here as "in invasion". And Sunak backed them.

So much of the rhetoric over the last 4 years at least has been about 'othering' people - the homeless, the unemployed, young people, demonstrators, public sector workers, trade unionists etc etc. It's a bit late for Sunak to encourage us all to gather round the fireside to sing Kumbaya .

You can call the local towns which muslims populate as ghettos as they put nothing into the area apart from pay the mosque so they become run down and like has been said crime increases so they can complain about lawlessness. The writing is on the wall.

Utter bolloques. Do you know which is the most crime-ridden area of the UK? Cleveland

Do you know what percentage of Cleveland's population is white? 96%.

Poverty is the main cause of crime, not religion.

Although I did remember that my father always claimed that if the enemy ever landed during WW2 we wouldn't see the a@ses of this country's royalty or politicians for the dust.

Fifty years after the event ( instead of the normal thirty years ) it was revealed that had a German beachhead been established they had arranged to flee to Canada.

The difference being that if it all goes mammaries up now Sunak and his family have a £5 million Californian home they can retreat to. Nicer weather as well.

Didn’t Government want the Royal Family to leave the country at the start of the war but they refused to go. They even refused to leave London when it was being heavily bombed, they stayed inside Buckingham Palace which did get bombed. The Queen Mother learnt how to use a gun incase Germany invaded the country.
I agree with you tho about Sunak having a home in California where he and his family can retreat to.
