They would be able to use the European currency. Are you saying that the Scottish Regiments are not an army - If they split from us then the army would have to be split. Their feelings on Trident are up to them and most Nato members are not nuclear states. I'm quite sure they would not be relying on whisky alone as an export and the bit about unicorns is just facetious. You seem to have a poor opinion of the place so why would you want to hang on to it ? the country has gone from a country where my family (that date back for many hundreds of years) have their roots and were proud of the heritage to a place where I am beginning to think (along with some of the family) we will leave and move to northern england!
