Or maybe they are taken to storage there after being charged/will hold charge overnight/will be transported to the interchange chargers early to be charged, or rotated into overnight storage whilst the remainder are charged overnight? As has been pointed out by someone who knows the SPCT yard - No. I can see SPCT/SYCMA wanting to pay drivers to work overnight - way overnight - to allow for the first and third options in paragraph 2, and obviously they will hold charge once they are idle.
