Heartshome
Hia. Never been there, but it looks good! At 16 Nether Edge Road, It's still very much alive and kicking! Open Sat at midday till midnight, - Dog friendly - Indoor/Outdoor seating - Good food, seems to have quite a lot of activities as well.

m williamson
Used to go in for a drink before going over the road to the Nether Edge Dance Hall, which is where I met my wife. My mates and I used to play football for the Broadfield we were in the same Sunday League as The Byron so we'd have a laugh with some of their lads before crossing over the road for a bit of jiving 😉
Dreb48
Hard to imagine now the days when Nether Edge Hall was there . I remember seeing Johnny Kidd and the Pirates there early 60s, quite a while before it became Turn Ups. Anyone remember Max’s distinctive advert for it on Radio Hallam ?
