Margarine is as likely to contain palm oil or sunflower oil. Rapeseed is also made into cooking oil, biodiesel and cattle cake. Not really a food like peas. I'm just reading the ingredients on the tub of Vitalite spread....Rape seed, sustainable Palm oil and Sunflower oil. The smell makes me want to throw up and also can give me a headache. My house is surrounded by fields of it and for a good month of the year I don't open my windows!
