Romania seems to be a dumping ground for garbage as it's absolutely everywhere! Such a shame as it's probably one of the most beautiful places I been. Yea, I seem to remember it was a specific village, trucks would just turn up and dump waste, a local wonders over and sets it ablaze. Organised crime, no outsiders allowed in and all that.
