Ethernet cable or via wireless extender …eg TP LINK. unit ? It may be a simple log into the recorder , go to network , untick dhcp….apply , tick dhcp . apply , machine gets new network address, check first on network , advanced , platform access…it will say online or offline Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I tried uninstalling hikvision app then reinstalling it. But it's different so still without connection. So I think I will have to try and get someone in to fix it for me, so thanks anyway.
